PP627The Percussion Plus PP627 Tibetan Bells Embossed Pair are cast in bronze in Nepal and have traditional motifs embossed or engraved around the edges.
Tibetan bells are sometimes known as Tingsha or Ting-Sha and are normally heavier than conventional finger cymbals. These bells are joined together with a cord and produce an authentic and clear high pitched long sound.
The Tingsha bells were traditionally used by Tibetan Buddhists as a religious ritual tool in prayer and are different from Indian Nepali Chinese Turkish or other cymbals.
Also Tingsha bells can also be used in meditation yoga and sound healing and are perfect for playing along with a singing bowl PP643.
